Terms of service
These terms cover what you can expect from TTunnels and what we expect from you. By buying a subscription you agree to them.
What the service is
TTunnels provides an encrypted WireGuard tunnel that gives your device an IP address located in Iran. It is intended for people outside Iran who need Iranian services to accept their connection.
The service is sold as network access. We do not act as a bank, a payment processor, or an agent for any Iranian institution.
Your account
One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for keeping your password and your config file private.
Your config file is the key to your tunnel. Anyone who has it can use your connection, so treat it like a password. If you think it has leaked, generate a fresh one from your panel, which immediately invalidates the old one.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack other systems, send bulk unsolicited email, distribute malware, or commit fraud.
Do not resell access without a written agreement with us.
Accounts used for any of the above are terminated without a refund.
Availability
We work to keep the service running continuously, but no network is perfect. Maintenance, upstream outages and routing changes can interrupt it.
If a node has a problem we move you to another one at no cost. Extended outages are credited to your account.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in your panel at least seven days before they take effect.
