Tell us within 24 hours of your first purchase that it is not working for you and we refund the full amount.

Open a ticket or message us on Telegram. We do not require a reason, a screenshot or a form.

Card payments go back to the same card, usually within five working days.

Crypto payments are returned to a wallet address you give us, in the same asset.

You can also take the refund as wallet credit, which lands instantly.

Beyond the guarantee window we do not refund unused time as a rule, but we do fix problems. A node that is genuinely down is credited to your account.

Renewals bought by mistake within the last 48 hours are refunded in full.
